About Our Scheme

Welcome to the Brandon Groves Neighbourhood Watch! Learn about our mission, how we operate, and how we keep our community safe and connected.

Key things to know

Brandon Groves Neighbourhood Watch brings local residents together to look out for one another, share reliable information, and help reduce crime and anti-social behaviour in our area. You are not expected to intervene or confront anyone — just stay aware and report concerns appropriately.

We are also part of Thurrock’s wider Neighbourhood Watch community, allowing us to share information, report concerns, and stay connected with other Neighbourhood Watch groups across the borough.

What makes us special?

We have a Brandon Groves Neighbourhood Watch WhatsApp group for residents only. To join or to find out more, please speak to your local Neighbourhood Watch Ambassador.

What is a Neighbourhood Watch Ambassador?

A Neighbourhood Watch Ambassador is a local resident volunteer who helps residents join our Neighbourhood Watch, acts as a local point of contact, and shares official updates and guidance. Ambassadors are not police and do not deal with emergencies!

Who are we?

We are local residents who care about the safety and well-being of our neighbourhood. Our members come from all walks of life, united by a common desire to create a safer, more connected community in Brandon Groves.
