Our services

We offer essential support to our elderly and vulnerable neighbours, encouraging the sharing of contact details with trusted neighbours for welfare checks and emergencies. We also provide other useful information to help ensure the safety and well-being of our community.

Supporting our elderly & vulnerable neighbours

We encourage elderly and vulnerable residents to share basic contact details with trusted neighbours for welfare checks and emergencies.

ICE - In case of emergency

All residents are encouraged to add an ‘ICE’ contact on their mobile phone so emergency services can quickly contact a trusted person.

Safe & well visits in Essex

Residents can request a free Safe & Well Visit from Essex County Fire and Rescue Service for fire risk assessments and safety advice.

Report suspicious activity

Your vigilance helps keep our community safe. If you see anything suspicious, it’s important to report it promptly to the appropriate authorities.

Reporting incidents

If you see a crime happening, dial 999 immediately. For suspicious activity or incidents that have already occurred, dial 101 or report it on the police website. Always remember to note the WHAT, WHERE, WHEN, DESCRIPTION, and ACTION TAKEN.
